CBAS란 무엇인가요?
캘리포니아에서는 CBAS(지역사회 기반 성인 서비스) 프로그램이 2015년까지 성인 주간 건강 관리라고 알려져 있었습니다.
ADHC 프로그램은 이전에 캘리포니아주에서 연방 정부의 보조 기금으로 일반 구호 프로그램으로 자금을 지원받았습니다. 캘리포니아에서 새로운 법률이 채택된 후 Medicaid Waiver 1115에 따라 연방에서 의무화한 프로그램으로 전환되기 전까지는 주 선택 프로그램이었습니다.
CBAS는 18세 이상 성인을 위한 지역 사회 기반 장기 건강 관리 서비스입니다. CBAS 센터에서 참여자는 등록 간호사, 사회 복지사, 물리/작업 치료사, 치료 활동 코디네이터, 등록 영양사 및 식사로 구성된 팀이 제공하는 주간 보호 서비스를 하루 최소 4시간 동안 받습니다. 이 서비스는 각 참여자의 관리형 건강 보험 플랜에서 개별 케어 플랜(IPC) 및 치료 승인 요청(TAR)을 승인하는 데 따라 6개월 동안 제공됩니다. 참여자의 요청에 따라 새로운 IPC 및 TAR이 HMO에 제출되어 참여자의 PCP(일차 진료 제공자)가 다시 추천하고 CBAS 센터의 다학제 팀이 케어 플랜을 초안한 후 향후 6개월 동안 지속적인 케어를 승인받습니다. HMO는 검토를 거쳐 그 후 6개월마다 서비스를 연장할 수 있습니다.

Center for Better Life provides both nutritious meals through the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and comprehensive CBAS services. All services and meals are offered to every participant without discrimination. In accordance with federal civil rights law and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) civil rights regulations and policies, the USDA, its agencies, offices, and employees, and institutions participating in or administering USDA programs are prohibited from discriminating based on race, color, national origin, sex, disability, age, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity in any program or activity conducted or funded by USDA.
